How to use PDF Page Editor Online

Upload your PDF file

Click Select PDF File or drag and drop one PDF into the upload area. The tool validates file type and file size before loading the document.

Choose an edit mode

Select Rotate Pages, Delete Pages, Extract Pages or Reorder Pages depending on what you want to change in the PDF.

Select pages or arrange order

For rotate, delete and extract, enter page numbers or ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-10. For reorder mode, move pages up or down in the list.

Set output file name

Enter a clear output file name such as edited-document.pdf, rotated-pages.pdf or extracted-pages.pdf.

In Rotate Pages mode, choose 90°, 180° or 270° and apply the rotation to selected pages or the complete PDF. This is useful for scanned PDFs where some pages are sideways.

In Delete Pages mode, enter pages such as 2, 4-6 to remove blank, duplicate or unwanted pages. In Extract Pagesmode, the selected pages are saved as a separate PDF.

In Reorder Pages mode, use Move Up and Move Down to arrange pages. The final PDF follows the sequence displayed in the page order list.
